Inner Landscapes

Showing some of Britain’s most stunning landscapes set against a meticulously chosen arrangement of complementary music, producer and composer Adrian Munsey (The New Royals, OXI An Act Of Resistance) presents Inner Landscapes – a remarkable collection of short geographical journeys.

Performed by the English Sinfonia and The City of Prague Philharmonic Orchestra, this visually and aurally stunning work displays Adrian’s composing talents and skill for producing film, taking inspiration from his connection with landscapes of extraordinary beauty. Adrian’s life-long passion and artistic skill is combined in this wonderful compilation released on DVD for the very first time. Made at the Royal College of Art 1969-1971, Inner Landscapes presents five poignant explorations of nature and music, shot at some of Britain’s most stunning prehistoric, Celtic and medieval locations as well as coastal and agricultural spots:

The Sky Inside: Shot in Bamburgh, Dunstanburgh Castle and on Holy Island

Incognito: Shot on Harris and Lewis

Forgotten: Shot at Callanish on the island of Harris

A Wilder Sky: To commemorate the 100th Anniversary of RADA. Photographs by Cambridge Jones

My Film: Shot on Bamburgh Beach, Holy Island, Wayland’s Smithy, Stonehenge, Burrowbridge, Glastonbury and multiple landscapes in Berkshire, Wiltshire and the West Country.

Made at the Film School of the Royal College of Art, Adrian’s MA degree film was immediately passed by the late BAFTA awarded director Clive Donner (A Christmas Carol, What’s New Pussycat) and went on to be remarked as the film that ‘Out Godarded Godard’ by Professor Colin Young (Royal College of Art).

Inner Landscapes juxtaposes serene imagery with harmonic melodies, voyaging on a musical journey through inspirational landscapes.
